Two heavy hitters of the newgrass and jam world share this two day pass at Dillon Amphitheater. Trampled By Turtles bring their fast, string driven take on bluegrass and folk, songs that build from quiet to full sprint. Leftover Salmon helped invent the jam band bluegrass sound decades ago and still play it loose and lively.
Expect flatpicking, fiddle, and plenty of improvisation from both bands, with Dillon's mountain backdrop setting the scene.
