Rodrigo y Gabriela bring their two guitars and nothing else to the Boulder Theater, and that's really all they need. The Mexican duo built a career on flamenco-influenced acoustic playing, fast picking, percussive slaps on the guitar body, and covers of Metallica and Pink Floyd songs that somehow work better stripped down than plugged in.
Expect a set that moves between original compositions and those reworked classics, all instrumental, all built around the interplay between the two players.
