Rodrigo Y Gabriela

Rodrigo y Gabriela are a Mexican acoustic guitar duo, Rodrigo Sanchez and Gabriela Quintero, known for fusing flamenco technique with the attack and volume of the metal they grew up loving. Two guitars, no backing band, and a live show built on speed, percussion tapped straight into the guitar body, and tight interplay between the two players. Their catalog runs from original instrumentals to unexpected covers of everything from Metallica to Pink Floyd.
