Andrew McMahon brings his songs, the ones he wrote as Jack's Mannequin and under his own name, into a full orchestral setting with the Colorado Symphony. Expect piano driven pop songs rearranged with strings and horns behind them, a different weight than the solo or full band versions.
This one happens at Boettcher Hall, the symphony's home downtown, so the sound will carry differently than a club show. Good pick if you know his catalog and want to hear it stretched out.
