Built To Spill headlines Phil Long Music Hall at Bourbon Brothers in Colorado Springs, with Paul Schalda opening. Doug Martsch and company have been running their own strain of indie rock since the 90s, all winding guitar lines and melodies that take their time getting where they're going.
Expect a set pulling from decades of records, loud in the right places and loose in others. This is a band that still plays like it matters.
