Nitzer Ebb
Nitzer Ebb came up in the 1980s as one of the sharper acts in the EBM and industrial scene, built around hard drum machine rhythms, shouted vocals, and a stripped down aggression that influenced a generation of electronic body music and industrial rock acts. Tracks like theirs helped define the harder, more percussive edge of that sound, distinct from the synthpop bands they got lumped in with early on.
They still draw a real audience today, with over 100,000 followers on Spotify, and they have a Colorado date coming up at Summit Music Hall.
