JMSN is a singer and producer out of Michigan known for blending falsetto soul vocals with dark, minimal production, drawing on Prince and D'Angelo as much as underground R&B. He built his catalog largely on his own label, moving between slow burning ballads and grittier funk without leaning on trends. His voice is the constant, smooth but never soft in what it's saying.
