Pink Talking Fish takes two classic catalogs, Pink Floyd and Talking Heads, and blends them into one long improvisational set, sometimes tipping into Phish territory too. Expect extended jams built from familiar songs rather than straight covers, reshaped and stretched out by a band that clearly knows the source material inside and out.
This one lands at Ophelia's Electric Soapbox in Denver, a good room for a night built around exploration over note for note replication.
