Midnight North brings its brand of Americana to the Aggie Theatre, mixing jam band stretch with newgrass picking. The band grew out of the Grateful Dead family tree, and that lineage shows in the way songs open up and breathe live.
Expect vocal harmonies up front and a rhythm section willing to wander before finding its way back. Fort Collins crowds tend to know this sound well, and the Aggie is a fitting room for it.
