Widowspeak
Widowspeak is a Brooklyn-formed dream pop outfit known for hazy, reverb-soaked guitar lines and Molly Hamilton's unhurried, breathy vocals. Since emerging in the early 2010s alongside the chillwave wave, they've built a catalog that leans on mood and texture over hooks, closer to a slow drive than a singalong.
They've got a show coming up at Hi Dive, a good match for a band that rewards close listening in a smaller room.
