Voodoo Glow Skulls

Voodoo Glow Skulls come out of Riverside, California, and have been mixing ska, punk, and hardcore since the early 90s, horns blaring over fast, aggressive guitar work. They built a following on records like Firme and Baile de los Locos, and they helped define the sound of 90s ska punk alongside bands like Op Ivy and Sublime, but with a harder, more chaotic edge.

They have a show coming up at Gothic Theatre, a good chance to catch a band that has been doing this for decades and still plays like it.
