The Sword
The Sword built their name on riff-heavy stoner and doom metal, drawing on Black Sabbath style low end and adding a sludge metal crunch. Albums like Age of Winters and Warp Riders earned them a devoted following in the metal underground well beyond Texas, where they got their start.
