Sublime
Sublime came out of Long Beach in the late 80s and built a sound that mixed ska, punk, reggae, and hip hop into something loose and unmistakably Southern California. Songs like "Santeria," "What I Got," and "Doin' Time" turned the band into a fixture on rock radio, all the more so after the death of singer Bradley Nowell just before their self-titled album broke through. Decades later that catalog still fills rooms.
The current lineup carries that legacy forward on the road, with Colorado dates coming up at Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre and Ford Amphitheater.
