Sarah McLachlan is a Canadian singer-songwriter best known for "Angel," "Building a Mystery," and "I Will Remember You," songs that made her one of the defining voices of adult alternative radio in the 1990s. She also founded Lilith Fair, the touring festival that put women in music at the center of the stage and became one of the biggest tours of its era.
