Ratboys

Ratboys is a Chicago band built around the songwriting of Julia Steiner and Dave Sagan, working somewhere between indie rock and alt-country with a strong ear for melody. They started out lo-fi and have grown into a full, sturdy rock sound over a string of albums, with Steiner's voice and plainspoken lyrics as the constant.

They have Colorado dates coming up at Aggie Theatre and Dillon Amphitheater, two very different rooms that should suit a band comfortable playing both.
