PVRIS

PVRIS built its following on moody, synth-heavy alternative rock, blending dark pop hooks with a heavier edge that came out of the mid-2010s emo and post-hardcore scene. Lynn Gunn's vocals carry most of the weight, moving between airy melody and real bite depending on the song.

The band has kept evolving over several albums, leaning further into electronic textures while keeping the emotional punch that won them their core fans. They've got a Colorado date coming up at Ford Amphitheater.
