Molchat Doma

Molchat Doma is a post-punk trio from Belarus who built an international following on brooding, synth-driven songs sung in Russian. Their sound leans into cold wave and gothic rock, all drum machines, minor key melodies, and a flat, deadpan vocal delivery that fits the mood perfectly. A chunk of their audience found them through TikTok, but the material holds up well beyond that, drawing comparisons to Joy Division and early Depeche Mode.

They have built a real following, with over 1.7 million Spotify followers, and they bring their sound to Boulder Theater for an upcoming Colorado date.
