Melvins

Melvins have been grinding out heavy, warped rock since the 1980s, and their fingerprints are all over sludge metal, doom, and the noise rock underground. Buzz Osborne's guitar work and a rotating rhythm section have kept the band unpredictable across a huge catalog, veering from crushing slow riffs to genuine weirdness. Kurt Cobain cited them as a direct influence on Nirvana, but Melvins have always been their own strange animal.

They bring that long, restless catalog to the Ogden Theatre for an upcoming Colorado date.
