Jonathan Hulten

Jonathan Hulten is a Swedish guitarist and songwriter known for his work with the drone metal band Tree of Sorrow, but he's built a separate name for himself with solo material rooted in neofolk. His playing leans on open tunings and a quiet, patient sense of melody, closer to acoustic ritual music than anything with a beat to it.
