Grupo Frontera is one of the biggest acts in the current wave of regional Mexican music, blending cumbia norteña and grupera with modern pop production. They broke through with their remix of "un x100to" alongside Bad Bunny, and have since built a massive following, with over 8.5 million on Spotify alone, while keeping the accordion and bajo sexto sound at the core of their songs.

They bring that sound to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, a booking that says a lot about how far this genre has traveled in the last few years.
