Danny Elfman

Danny Elfman built his name scoring films for Tim Burton, from Edward Scissorhands to The Nightmare Before Christmas, and composing the Simpsons theme that most of America can hum on command. Before all that he fronted Oingo Boingo, the new wave band that made him a performer long before Hollywood came calling.

These days he tours behind that huge body of work, bringing the film music into a live setting. He has a Colorado date coming up at Ford Amphitheater.
