Corrosion of Conformity

Corrosion of Conformity has been grinding out heavy music since the early 1980s, moving from thrash and hardcore roots into the sludgy, groove laden sound that made their name. Albums like Deliverance and Wiseblood brought them into the wider metal conversation, mixing Southern groove with doom weight and a punk backbone that never fully left. They've worn a lot of labels over the years, sludge metal, stoner metal, groove metal, and none of them quite cover the whole picture.

They bring that long, road tested sound to The Federal Theatre for an upcoming Colorado date.
