Childish Gambino

Childish Gambino is the musical alter ego of Donald Glover, the actor and writer who built a genre-crossing catalog running from funk and R&B to hip hop. He broke through commercially with "Awaken, My Love!" and then with "This Is America," a single that became a cultural flashpoint for its blunt take on race and violence in the U.S. Beyond the music, Glover's work on "Atlanta" and his shape-shifting live shows have made him one of the harder artists to pin down in popular music.
