Blackwater Holylight

Blackwater Holylight plays a heavy, slow-churning brand of rock that pulls from doom, sludge, and stoner metal in equal measure. The Portland band builds songs around thick riffs and hazy vocal harmonies, more interested in atmosphere and weight than speed. They've built a following of over 50,000 on Spotify without straying from that dense, guitar-heavy sound.

They have a Colorado date coming up at The Federal Theatre, a good chance to hear that low end fill a room in person.
