Billy Strings

Billy Strings is one of the defining flatpickers of modern bluegrass, a guitarist who came up through traditional roots music and then pushed it wide open with jam band energy, extended improvisation, and a willingness to let songs stretch past where you expect them to end. He's built a large, devoted following doing this, and his live sets mix breakneck picking with genuine song craft.

He has Colorado shows coming up at Ball Arena and Paramount Theatre, two very different rooms that show off both sides of what he does.
