Atmosphere is the Minneapolis hip hop duo Slug and Ant, longtime anchors of the Rhymesayers roster and a fixture of underground rap since the 90s. Slug's introspective, conversational rhymes over Ant's soulful, sample-driven production built a catalog that helped define independent hip hop for a generation of fans who found the group outside the mainstream.
