American Aquarium

American Aquarium is BJ Barham's long-running alt country outfit, built on road-worn storytelling and songs about drinking, heartbreak, and getting back up again. Barham is the constant through years of lineup changes, and the band's catalog has grown into a solid body of work in the americana and red dirt vein, closer to Jason Isbell territory than anything glossy or radio built.

They've got Colorado dates coming up at Ophelia's Electric Soapbox, a good chance to catch a band that has earned its following the hard way, one bar and one van mile at a time.
