Alisa Weilerstein

Alisa Weilerstein is a cellist recognized as one of the leading soloists of her generation, known for a physical, deeply committed playing style and a wide-ranging repertoire that spans Bach's solo suites to contemporary commissions. She has performed with major orchestras around the world and recorded extensively, including celebrated accounts of the Elgar and Dvorak concertos.
